Norwegian drone maker Griff Aviation is donating its heavy-lift GRIFF 60 cargo drone to the Ukrainian military to support frontline logistics and resupply operations.
Powered by eight rotors, the GRIFF 60 can carry up to 60 kilograms (132 pounds) of cargo, enough to transport ammunition, medical supplies, or rations without putting personnel at risk.
It has a flight endurance of 33 minutes, making it suitable for fast, agile missions with limited exposure time.
Griff Aviation said the donation is being made “on their own initiative.”
The drone will be delivered to Ukraine through the Norwegian volunteer organization Fritt Ukraina.
